| 16 August, 2004 - Annapolis, MD - High Street Partners, Inc., an international consulting firm providing finance and accounting assistance to companies as they expand overseas, today announced the additions of Eric Lodge and Tracy Houghton to the firm. Eric Lodge has been named to the new position of Senior Manager and will focus the majority of his time on client account service and new business development. He joins High Street partners from CIENA Corporation (NASDAQ: CIEN), where he was most recently a Financial Manager for their Core Networking & Data Networking groups. Eric was also formerly a Senior Financial Analyst for CIENA’s Services organization. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a dual BS degree in Finance and Economics, Eric also worked for Northrop Grumman in the Finance group at the sector’s headquarters in Linthicum, MD. He sits on the Board of Directors for The Washington Savings Bank (AMEX: WSB), headquartered in Bowie, MD. Tracy Houghton, a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a BA in Political Science, has joined the firm to manage the day-to-day operations of High Street Partners headquarters office. Ms. Houghton formerly worked as a paralegal and later as a recruiting assistant with the law firm of Latham & Watkins in Washington, DC. She brings experience in administration, bookkeeping, and marketing assistance. “The market for High Street Partner’s services is strong, and I’m delighted to welcome Eric and Tracy to the growing HSP team,” noted Larry Harding, Founder and President. “As a Senior Manager with high-profile global company experience, Eric will be in a position to use his strong analytical skills to add value to our clients.
