(HSP), an international consulting firm providing finance and accounting assistance to companies as they expand overseas, announced today that it has entered a contract extension with Sapient Corporation to provide additional financial services to Sapient’s overseas offices. Sapient is a leading business consulting and technology services firm. Under the terms of the extended engagement, HSP president Larry Harding will serve as Vice President, International Finance. As an interim finance executive reporting directly to Susan Cooke, Sapient’s CFO, he will continue to refine the company’s approach to overseas finance. Originally retained to help build Sapient’s UK finance operation and advise the Company in its search for a permanent international finance executive, HSP will now focus on Sapient’s expanding finance operations in India and Germany, and will help initiate currency risk management solutions for the Company. “High Street Partners is pleased to continue to support Sapient in its overseas operations,” said Larry Harding. “This contract extension gives us the opportunity to help Sapient achieve its international goals while realizing additional cost savings.” HSP’s initial engagement with Sapient was featured in CFO Magazine’s June 2004 issue.
