Every engagement begins with the designation of a dedicated Account Manager to be the client’s main point of contact and accountability. Working closely with the client team, the manager conducts a comprehensive assessment of requirements, resources and international goals. With budget and timeframe in mind, HSP then develops a clear and detailed plan for success, including an analysis of risks and the steps necessary to minimize them. Our tailored solutions typically involve the use of highly qualified local service providers in the appropriate overseas locations, as leveraging their capabilities allows High Street Partners to execute projects cost-effectively while delivering the highest level of service and up-to-the minute market knowledge.

Throughout the project, HSP liaises with the client team, interfaces with the local service providers, coordinates the development of individualized reporting calendars, ensures that local laws and compliance regulations are adhered to for each location, alerts HQ to issues and opportunities to provide greater assistance, and provides a layer of management oversight by performing a review of the data before delivery of client reporting packages and centralized invoices.
