Why partners bring us in

Your clients ask for things that sit outside your scope

We pick those up. You keep the relationship, the client gets one answer, and the deal stays whole.

What your client needsWhat we deliver
To operate somewhere they have no entity, payroll or HR structureLegal entity incorporation and registrations, local payroll, employment contracts and the compliance framework underneath them.
To hire before an entity is justifiedEmployer of Record cover in the interim, and a planned transition onto their own entity when the headcount makes that the cheaper option.
Day one readiness on an M&A or carve-out timetableFast-track entity setup, employee transfers and in-country registrations built around the deal date.
Execution behind a strategy you have already sold themThe operational layer that turns the plan into something running: filings, payroll, statutory accounts and local governance.
One partner instead of a vendor in every countryCoordination of in-country providers and regulatory processes under a single scope, which takes the workload off your client and off you.

When to bring us in

Earlier is better. Late involvement is where timelines slip, and every one of our partner teams says the same thing: engage us before the date is fixed, not after.

Entering a new market

Your client is expanding into a country where they have no legal entity, payroll or HR structure in place.

Scope beyond what you offer

The client is asking for services outside your own product or practice, and the alternative is pointing them elsewhere.

Day one on a deal timetable

An acquisition or carve-out needs entities, transfers and registrations standing by a fixed date.

An implementation is stalling

Go-live is blocked on local compliance, contracts or an interim payroll gap that needs covering now.

Strategy has outpaced readiness

The plan is signed off but the HR, tax and entity groundwork underneath it does not exist yet.

An EOR arrangement has matured

Headcount, tenure or spend in a country has reached the point where owning the entity costs less than renting one.

Three ways to work together

Which one fits depends on how much of the delivery you want to own.

Program 01

Refer

Your client needs a presence somewhere you do not operate. Introduce us, keep the relationship, and the delivery happens to your brief.

Accounting · legal · PE and VC · recruiting · benefits

Program 02

Bring us into a deal

You are bidding work that spans more than you deliver yourself. We join as the execution partner so you can take the whole scope rather than part of it.

Payroll platforms · consultancies · systems integrators

Program 03

Integrate or resell

Put our capability inside your platform, sell it under your own contract, or list us where your customers already buy.

HRIS and HCM · EOR providers · marketplaces

Partner types

Who we partner with

Different firms bring us in for different reasons. We are writing a page for each one. EOR providers is up now, the rest follow.

EOR providers

Keep clients who have outgrown EOR. We run the entity, payroll, HR and accounting behind your brand.

Accounting and advisory firms

Local bookkeeping, statutory reporting and tax compliance in markets where your firm has no presence.

Payroll providers and platforms

In-country payroll setup, employment contracts and labour registrations run behind your platform.

Law firms

Entity incorporation, corporate secretarial work and the employment groundwork that follows the advice.

PE and VC firms

Portfolio company expansion, carve-outs and day one readiness built around a deal date.

HR technology and marketplaces

Put global entity, payroll and HR delivery inside your product, or list us where your customers already buy.

Also working with recruiting firms, benefits brokers, consultancies and systems integrators. If your firm is not on this list, ask anyway.

Three things worth knowing

01

We are built for cross-border work

Over 100 countries and more than 40 years of expansion experience, across legal, HR, tax and compliance.

02

We do not compete with you, we enable you

Our work complements advisory, legal and tax practices by filling the operational and compliance gaps. We have no audit practice and no recruiting desk.

03

GateWay gives everyone the same view

Deadlines, filings and entity activity tracked in one place, so your client and your team are not chasing status.

Who you will be working with

The questions partners ask

What exactly do you deliver for our clients?

Entity setup and management, corporate secretarial work, global payroll, Employer of Record, HR administration, and tax and accounting compliance. Either the whole stack or the parts you need.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. You decide how visible we are, and you stay in the loop on scope and pricing before anything reaches your client.

Do you compete with us?

No. We fill operational and compliance gaps around advisory, legal and tax practices. We have no audit practice and no recruiting desk, and we do not cross-sell into your account.

Is there a cost to partner?

No fee to join. Commercial terms depend on which program fits, and we agree them in writing before any client is introduced.

How does it work in practice?

You make the introduction. We scope the work, come back to you with what it involves and what it costs, and you decide how it reaches your client. Nothing is quoted over your head.

Which countries can you support?

Over 100, through in-country capability in our core markets and vetted local providers elsewhere. Tell us where your client is going and we will say plainly whether we are the right fit.
