James Clancy

VP, Sales

James Clancy is Vice President of Sales at HSP Group, where he leads global go-to-market execution and the scaling of the company’s commercial function, working with enterprise clients expanding internationally and building HSP’s strategic partner network.

He joined HSP Group in 2026 after nearly four years at Vistra, where he served as Vice President of Sales for New England, and earlier led business development across the Americas for Auxadi. Based in the United States, he partners with founders and finance leaders to expand their businesses abroad with speed and confidence.

Jeff Enquist

EVP, Chief Technology Officer

Jeff Enquist is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of HSP Group. He leads the technology organization behind GateWay, HSP’s purpose-built global expansion management platform, which centralizes entity data, employer-of-record hiring, tax, accounting, HR, and payroll in a single system. Enquist was the executive voice of GateWay’s next-generation launch in October 2025, describing a product that pairs “intuitive workflows and secure dashboards with real-world expertise.”

He joined HSP Group in 2024, bringing a background in enterprise strategy and digital transformation. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Digital Solutions at Elara Caring, where he built and led a 55-person team driving business intelligence, workflow automation, and digital product delivery, and worked as an enterprise strategy consultant with Strategy&, the PwC network. He studied at the MIT Sloan School of Management and is based in Denver, Colorado.

Bill Marcinkiewicz

Co-Founder
EVP, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Bill Marcinkiewicz is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of HSP Group, where he oversees the company’s Finance, Accounting, Tax, Risk Management, Human Resources, Legal, and Administrative functions.

He began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young in Boston, focusing on the financial services industry, before spending nearly two decades at Fidelity Investments in a range of senior roles — including a decade in the firm’s business development division, where as Senior VP of Operations and CFO he helped lead the commercialization of proprietary software and global operations solutions.

In 2011 he joined High Street Partners, later Radius (acquired by Vistra in 2018), holding leadership roles in international operations, and subsequently consulted with TMF Group before co-founding HSP Group in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston College.

Adele Ewing

EVP, Head of Revenue & Commercial Operations

Adele Ewing is Executive Vice President, Head of Revenue and Commercial Operations at HSP Group, where she leads Sales Operations, Pricing, Solutioning, and the company’s Local Service Provider network. She joined HSP Group in 2023 as Vice President of Business Operations, with responsibility for partner-led delivery, pricing, and financial management, and was appointed to her current role in 2026.

Adele brings more than twenty-five years across professional services and global business operations. She previously served as Global Practice Leader for Payroll and HR Solutions at TMF Group, and as Director of Integration and Change at Sabio, where she managed a portfolio of change programmes including the integration of acquired companies onto global platforms. Earlier she spent six years at NGA Human Resources, rising to Global Business Management Operations Director, and began her career at BDO LLP, where she qualified as a chartered accountant.

She is an ACA member of the ICAEW, studied at the University of Reading, and is based in the United Kingdom.

Lisa Weber

EVP, Chief People Officer (CPO)

Lisa Weber, SHRM-SCP, is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of HSP Group. She joined the company in 2021 and has built its people function from the ground up, advancing from Manager of Operations and Administration to Director of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources, and, in 2025, Chief People Officer.

Lisa champions employee experience across HSP’s distributed, international workforce, building programs that keep a hybrid organization connected — among them an internal social platform, a company-wide Employee Engagement Committee, and executive “coffee talk” sessions that give employees direct access to senior leaders. She is also a regular voice on global HR strategy, authoring HSP thought leadership on building HR strategies for international workforce success.

Before HSP, she spent nearly eight years in business development at T R Miller Co. She is based in Massachusetts.

Daniel Stevens

Daniel Stevens, PMP, is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of HSP Group. He joined HSP’s founding team in 2021 as Vice President of Implementation & Consulting and a member of the Executive Committee, becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2022. He is responsible for delivery, solutioning, procurement, and customer success, and for building the company’s service lines across Payroll, Employer of Record, Accounting and Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR Advisory and Administration, and Project Advisory.

Before HSP, Daniel spent two years as Global Head of Implementation Services at TMF Group in Barcelona, leading global client implementation across all service lines, and earlier held project and implementation leadership roles at ADP. A certified Project Management Professional, he is based in the United Kingdom.

Sky Mehringer

VP, Head Solutions Architect

Sky is a global business expansion leader with 15 years of experience guiding organizations through complex international growth. She specializes in high-complexity jurisdictions, cross-border M&A, multi-country employee transitions, and ensuring compliance and operational readiness as companies enter new markets.

Throughout her career, Sky has built and led a high-performing global team of international HR and business expansion experts. She has supported both public and private companies as they launched and scaled operations across more than 60 countries, helping them navigate diverse regulatory, cultural, and operational landscapes. Her advisory work has strengthened HR strategies, optimized processes, and enabled leaders to effectively manage and support their international workforce.

In her current role, Sky provides critical subject-matter expertise to design tailored solutions for customers facing large-scale, complex challenges, bringing a strategic, solutions-driven approach that enables organizations to expand confidently and sustainably worldwide.

Katie Davies

EVP, Chief Solutions Architect

Katie Davies is Co-Founder and EVP, Chief Solutions Architect at HSP Group, where she serves as a lead technical advisor to companies expanding internationally or navigating complex change within their global operations. She brings more than 25 years of consulting experience across professional services, pairing deep technical expertise with an entrepreneurial, client-centric approach grounded in operational and practical realities.

Before co-founding HSP Group in 2021, Katie spent more than 15 years as Vice President, International Solution Development at Vistra, having been a founding member of the High Street Partners executive team (later Radius Worldwide, acquired by Vistra). Earlier she held senior roles at The Beanstalk Group and at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in expatriate tax and led EMEA learning and development across expatriate and global HR advisory.

Katie develops commercially oriented consulting solutions for corporates and private-equity dealmakers, helping leaders manage and support their international workforces. She holds a Master of Arts in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Randy Worzala

Randy Worzala, Co-Founder and Head of Growth at HSP Group, is a seasoned growth and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies expand globally, scale revenues, and optimize their cost structures. With a background in Big Four accounting and deep experience as both an operator and investor, Randy has played a key role in scaling high-growth organizations backed by venture capital, private equity, and public markets.

Throughout his career, Randy has been closely involved in multiple mergers, acquisitions, and successful exits, and is known for building sales-driven cultures that support sustainable, profitable growth. Prior to his current role, he served as Co-Founder & Head of Americas at HSP Group, where he helped establish the company’s commercial foundation.

Today, as Head of Growth, Randy oversees global revenue functions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. His focus is on helping companies simplify international operations through HSP Group’s turnkey approach—providing centralized finance, tax, legal, and HR support that ensures compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency across global markets.

Larry Harding

Larry Harding, Founder & CEO of HSP Group, has been a pioneer in the global expansion software and services space for more than 20 years. Larry developed a keen sense of the challenges inherent in overseas expansion, and saw the need for better solutions.

In 2003 he founded High Street Partners, one of the first providers offering solutions for HQ-based Finance, Accounting, Tax, HR, Payroll and Compliance personnel, helping them manage a global footprint. A high-profile success, the business was sold in a PE-backed merger transaction to create what is now Vistra. Itching to return to his entrepreneurial roots, Larry and a group of his current and former colleagues launched HSP Group.
