Stephanie Williams Quinn is the VP and Head of Global Entity Solutions at HSP Group. She is a seasoned specialist in international business structuring, corporate governance, compliance, and business operations. She has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of regulatory affairs, global expansion, and entity management, advising on global subsidiary governance including corporate simplification, policy creation, board communication and evaluation as well as corporate communication.
