As part of this acquisition, HSP Group is also pleased to announce two key appointments:
- Merryn Roberts, a seasoned and SHRM-certified HR leader with over 15 years of expertise in talent management, global workforce compliance strategies, and organizational development, will join as Senior Director, HR Services, bringing a wealth of experience in global HR administration and advisory services, multinational client transformations, employee engagement, and scalable HR solutions .
- Sophie Mason, an award winning AI Solutions Expert with 15 years in programme and change management, will assume the role of Senior PM, Software Solutions Architect, where she will lead innovation, change management and transition efforts for this latest HCM application of HSPs enhanced GateWay platform, the first purpose-built Global Expansion Management (GXM) solution tailored to streamline international operations and mitigate cross-border complexities for small and midsize enterprises (SMEs).
